Our comfortable home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short ride to several nicest beaches in Phuket such as the popular Surin, Bangtao, or a more quiet like Layan or the 'secret' Banana beach. Within a walking distance, there are convenient stores Family Mart, Western/Thai restaurants and a Caltex service station. We love the location that it provides all the convenience yet a great place to relax. A few minutes drive from Laguna, Boat Avenue and Tesco. The house is well equipped and fully furnished with care. We particularly like our furniture made of real timber, the oakwood bed and the beech dining table. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and another is breezy with mountain view, plus quite a few birds always come around to greet us all day. While we are not yet able to live there, we hope to find tenants who would enjoy their stay as much as we do.
