Long-term
Rental rate starts from THB 20,000* monthly for a one-year contract, depending on occupancy size and the potential period of stay.

*The rate covers the house and furniture only. Tenants are responsible for the costs of power supply, water supply, cable TV and internet access as invoiced by the service providers or us.  

Short-term

While our house is considered suitable for long-term residents because it is simpler to get around on a car, a motorbike or a bicycle. Some previous guests did not mind as they had transfer arrangements in place or you may use a taxi service such as Grab, which are reliable and conveniently provided at an affordable price.

So, you plan to attend some events in the vicinity areas such as Laguna Phuket or Thanyapura Phuket, we will be pleased to offer our comfortable three bedrooms house at a rate** starting from THB 2,500 daily or THB 14,000 weekly or THB 45,000 monthly.

*The rate covers the house, furniture, water supply, cable TV, internet access (one free account). Upon check out, tenants are responsible for the costs of power supply, which will be calculated per unit based on the government's rate.

About our Phuket Home

Our comfortable home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and only a short ride to several nicest beaches in Phuket such as the popular Surin, Bangtao, or a more quiet like Layan or the 'secret' Banana beach. Within a walking distance, there are convenient stores Family Mart, Western/Thai restaurants and a Caltex service station. We love the location that it provides all the convenience yet a great place to relax. A few minutes drive from Laguna, Boat Avenue and Tesco. 

The house is well equipped and fully furnished with care. We particularly like our furniture made of real timber, the oakwood bed and the beech dining table. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and another is breezy with mountain view, plus quite a few birds always come around to greet us all day. While we are not yet able to live there, we hope to find tenants who would enjoy their stay as much as we do.
